Christopher Stephen Vann - Owner

Chris Vann is a 1997 graduate of Jacksonville State University. Chris is a native of North Georgia with a long-standing presence in the Big Canoe and North Georgia area. Chris grew up at an early age working during the summers with his grandfather, a general contractor on residential projects and a two-year project at Berry College. With construction in his veins and several general contracting jobs as well as commercial experiences, Chris knew this passion would lead him into the industry he loved.

Soon after graduation in 1997 he started working with surrounding builders in the Atlanta metro area and in 2000 Chris entered the construction industry as the owner and President of Vann Custom Homes. Chris is licensed and insured in the state of Georgia with offering his customers over 25 years’ experience! Chris prides himself on relationships with his customers while delivering a high-quality custom home build and experience.
